Preparation Steps
Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Hendrick's Gin and Elderflower Liqueur. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Shake it Up
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled flute glass, filling it about halfway.
Add Sparkle
Top off the glass with Prosecco, pouring gently to avoid overflow.
Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with a twist of orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink before adding it to the glass.
