Prepare the Mushrooms
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the wild mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

Prepare the Goat Cheese
While the mushrooms are cooking, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the goat cheese in a small baking dish and warm it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes until it softens but does not melt completely.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the organic mixed greens and the warm mushrooms. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss gently to coat. Divide the salad onto serving plates.

Garnish and Serve
Carefully place the warm goat cheese on top of each salad. Drizzle with any remaining balsamic vinaigrette and adjust salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
