Preparing the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine hearts thoroughly. Chop them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Pancetta and Parmesan
Add the crispy pancetta and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano to the bowl with the chopped romaine.
Making the Croutons

Toast the Bread
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, toss the cubed bread with olive oil and dried herbs. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Mix the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
Assembling the Salad

Once the croutons are ready, add them to the salad bowl. Drizzle the house dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
