Preparation

  1. 1

    Blend the Base Ingredients

In a blender, combine the ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and instant coffee granules if making a coffee frappe. Blend until smooth and thick.

  2. 2

    Add Strawberry Puree

If you are making a strawberry frappe, pour in the strawberry puree and blend again until the mixture is well combined.

  3. 3

    Taste and Adjust

Taste the frappe and adjust sweetness or flavor by adding more chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, or strawberry puree as desired.

Serving

  1. 4

    Prepare the Glass

Take a tall glass and drizzle some chocolate syrup on the inside of the glass for an aesthetic touch.

  2. 5

    Pour the Frappe

Pour the blended frappe mixture into the prepared glass, filling it about 3/4 full.

  3. 6

    Add Toppings

Top the frappe with whipped cream, then garnish with chocolate shavings, fresh strawberries, and chocolate chips.

  4. 7

    Serve Immediately

Serve the thick frappe immediately with a straw or a long spoon, and enjoy!
