Method

Scrambled Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk together with milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it sit for a few seconds. Then, gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges towards the center. Continue cooking until just set but still slightly creamy.

Homefries

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes. Dice the onion.

  2. 4

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until they begin to soften.

  3. 5

    Add Onion and Seasoning

Add the diced onion, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

Toast

  1. 6

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs and homefries are cooking, toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispness.

  2. 7

    Butter the Toast

Spread butter on the toasted bread while it's still warm.
