Brew Coffee
In a large bowl or pitcher, combine the coarse ground coffee with water. Stir well to ensure the coffee grounds are fully saturated.

Steep Coffee
Cover the bowl or pitcher and let the coffee steep at room temperature for about 12-24 hours. The longer it steeps, the stronger the flavor will be.

Strain Coffee
After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter into a clean pitcher to remove the coffee grounds. Discard the grounds.
Iced Coffee Assembly

Prepare Glasses
Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes, about 1 cup of ice per glass.

Pour Coffee
Pour the brewed coffee over the ice in the glasses, filling them about halfway.

Sweeten to Taste
Stir in sugar or sweetener to your liking, ensuring it dissolves completely.

If using, add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor and stir well.
