For chocolate ice cream, add the cocoa powder to the chilled base mixture and whisk until fully combined.

For strawberry ice cream, add the pureed strawberries to the chilled base mixture and whisk until fully combined.
Churning

Pour the flavored mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freezing
