Method

For the Slider Patties

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meat Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Be careful not to overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 2 inches in diameter. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

For the Slider Assembly

  1. 4

    Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half if not already pre-sliced. Toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster, if desired.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

On the bottom half of each slider bun, place a lettuce leaf followed by a cooked patty with melted cheese. Top with a slice of tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.

  3. 6

    Finish and Serve

Place the top half of the slider bun on each assembled slider. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious hamburger sliders!
