Chicken Fingers

French Fries

Method

Chicken Fingers

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut chicken breast fillets into finger-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Set Up Your Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the third bowl.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken piece first into flour, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring each piece is well coated.

  4. 4

    Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the breaded chicken pieces into the oil. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

French Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick strips for fries.

  2. 6

    Soak the Potatoes

Soak the cut potatoes in water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, which helps achieve crispiness.

  3. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot. Once hot, drain the potatoes and add them to the oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels, then season with salt.

Coleslaw

  1. 8

    Prepare the Vegetables

Finely shred the green cabbage and grate the carrot.

  2. 9

    Make the Dressing

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. 10

    Combine and Toss

Add the shredded cabbage and carrot to the dressing and toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
