Prepare the Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Place the seasoned wings on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until they are crispy and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F.

Prepare the Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Chill the Dressing
Cover and refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Wash and cut the celery stalks into sticks.
