Method

Prepare the Wings

  1. 1

    Clean and Season the Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Grill the Wings

  1. 3

    Grilling the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until they are crispy and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F.

  2. 4

    Add the Buffalo Sauce

During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the wings with buffalo sauce, allowing it to caramelize slightly. Remove the wings from the grill.

Prepare the Blue Cheese Dressing

  1. 5

    Mix the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 6

    Chill the Dressing

Cover and refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve

  1. 7

    Prepare the Celery

Wash and cut the celery stalks into sticks.

  2. 8

    Plate and Serve

Serve the grilled buffalo wings hot with a side of blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
