Orange Juice
Cranberry Juice
Tomato Juice
Grapefruit Juice

Method
Lemonade

Prepare Lemon Juice
Juice the fresh lemons until you have about 1 cup of lemon juice.

Chill & Serve
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve over ice.
Orange Juice

Juice Oranges
Cut the fresh oranges in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Strain if desired.

Serve
Serve chilled, either straight or over ice.
Cranberry Juice

Mix Ingredients
In a pitcher, combine the cranberry juice concentrate, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Chill & Serve
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and serve over ice.
Tomato Juice

Prepare Tomatoes
Wash and blend the fresh tomatoes until smooth. Strain if desired.

Season the Juice
Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the blended tomatoes. Stir well.

Serve
Serve chilled in a glass, optionally garnished with a celery stick.
Grapefruit Juice

Juice Grapefruits
Cut the grapefruits in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Strain if desired.

Serve chilled, either straight or over ice.
Apple Juice

Prepare Apples
Wash and cut the apples into quarters, removing the cores.

Juice & Mix Ingredients
Blend the apple quarters with water until smooth. Strain to remove pulp if desired, then stir in sugar until dissolved.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and serve over ice.
