Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Score the Hot Dogs
Using a sharp knife, make a few diagonal slashes on each hot dog to prevent them from bursting while grilling.

Grill the Hot Dogs
Place the scored hot dogs on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are heated through and have nice grill marks.

Grill the Rolls
In the last 2 minutes of grilling the hot dogs, place the hot dog rolls on the grill cut-side down. Grill until lightly toasted, about 1-2 minutes.

Assemble the Hot Dogs
Remove the grilled hot dogs and rolls from the grill. Place each hot dog in a roll.

Add Condiments
Top with your choice of ketchup, mustard, relish, diced onions, or sauerkraut as desired.
