Method

Panna Cotta Preparation

Bloom the Gelatin

In a small bowl, combine the gelatin powder and cold water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.

Heat Cream Mixture

In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot but not boiling.

Combine Gelatin

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin and vanilla extract until fully dissolved.

Chill

Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Salted Caramel Sauce Preparation

Make Caramel

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar until it turns a deep amber color.

Add Butter and Cream

Carefully whisk in the butter and then the heavy cream until smooth.

Season

Stir in the sea salt and let it cool to room temperature.

Peanut Butter Crumble Preparation

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Add Butter and Peanut Butter

Cut in the butter and peanut butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Bake

Spread the crumble on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
