Preparation

1

Marinate the Tomatoes

In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped fresh basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Prepare the Sourdough Croutons

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the sourdough bread into cubes. Toss the cubes in olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Assembly

3

Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, place the burrata cheese in the center. Surround it with the marinated tomatoes, olives, and capers. Add the sourdough croutons on the side for crunch.

4

Serve

Drizzle with extra olive oil if desired and serve immediately.
