Method

Preparation of Fries

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Potatoes

    Wash and cut the Russet potatoes into thin fries.

    Season the Fries

    In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

    Bake the Fries

    Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

    Add Toppings

    Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle with truffle oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    If you don't have roasted garlic, roast garlic cloves in the oven until soft and caramelized.
