Method

Fries

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut the Russet potatoes into thin fries. Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Fry the Potatoes

Drain and pat dry the potatoes. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.

Roasted Parmesan Tomato

  1. 3

    Prep the Tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the Roma tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet.

  2. 4

    Season and Roast

Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle parmesan cheese generously over each half. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and the tomatoes are tender.

Broccolini

  1. 5

    Prepare the Broccolini

In a large pot of boiling salted water, blanch the broccolini for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and plunge into ice water to stop cooking.

  2. 6

    Sauté the Broccolini

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccolini and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and drizzle lemon juice before serving.

Lobster Tail

  1. 7

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.

  2. 8

    Grill the Lobster

In a saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Brush the lobster meat with garlic butter and season with paprika and salt. Grill the lobster tails shell-side down for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.
