    Prepare the Tuna

    Season the albacore tuna with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil, and sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side for a rare finish. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.

    Roast the Tomatoes

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for about 15-20 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized.

    On a large serving platter, arrange the sliced prosciutto, seared tuna, chilled prawns, hummus, feta cheese, roasted tomatoes, and olives. Serve with warm pita bread on the side.
