Hummus Preparation

    Make the Edamame Hummus

    In a food processor, combine the edamame, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and water. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Crispy Chickpeas Preparation

    Prepare Crispy Chickpeas

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until crispy.

Tomato Confit Preparation

    In a small saucepan, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, thyme, and salt. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, until tomatoes are soft and flavorful.

Grilled Garlic Baguette Preparation

    Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and brush with olive oil. Grill on medium heat until toasted. Rub with garlic cloves while warm.
