Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, combine the grass-fed beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties, making sure they are slightly larger than the burger buns.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and add smoked white cheddar cheese on top. Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the patties reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, place the burger buns on the grill or a separate skillet and toast them until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread house sauce on the bottom half of the toasted buns. Place the cooked beef patties with melted cheese on top. Add pickle slices and finish with the top half of the buns.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Coal Harbour Burger immediately with your choice of sides.
