Method

Cooking the Tenderloin

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tenderloin

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the grass-fed tenderloin with salt and black pepper on all sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Tenderloin

Cook the tenderloin for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Making the Fries

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips. Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 4

    Fry the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and pat them dry. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.

Cooking the Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the seasonal vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 6

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Add the chopped vegetables along with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
