Roasted Parmesan Tomato & Broccolini

Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Generously season the bone-in rib steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked to desired doneness, remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut the russet potatoes into fries. Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 5

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Drain and dry the soaked potatoes, then fry them in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.

  3. 6

    Season the Fries

Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt while still hot.

Roasted Tomato & Broccolini Preparation

  1. 7

    Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 8

    Prepare Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss cherry tomatoes and broccolini with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.

  3. 9

    Roast the Vegetables

Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and the broccolini is tender.
