Directions

  1. 1

    Chill the Champagne

Begin by chilling the bottle of champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. This ensures your mimosa is refreshing and cold.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Juices

While the champagne is chilling, prepare your juices. If using fresh oranges or pineapples, squeeze the juice from the fruits until you have at least 2 cups of each juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.

  3. 3

    Mix the Juices

In a large pitcher, gently mix the fresh orange juice and pineapple juice together. This will create a unique flavor for your mimosas. Adjust the ratio based on your preference.

  4. 4

    Serve the Mimosas

Once the champagne is chilled, pour 1 part of the juice mixture into a champagne flute, filling it about halfway. Then, top off the glass with 1 part champagne or sparkling wine to fill it to the rim.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Add a slice of orange or a wedge of pineapple to the rim of the glass for garnish. Optionally, add a few fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.

  6. 6

    Enjoy

Serve immediately and enjoy your perfect mimosa with friends or family during brunch or a special occasion!
