Burger Patty

Burger Toppings

Lemon-Cayenne Mayo

Old Bay Dusted Fries

Method

Prepare the Fries

  1. 1

    Cook the Fries

Preheat your oven and cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy. Once done, sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over the fries and toss to coat.

Make the Lemon-Cayenne Mayo

  1. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Burger Patty

  1. 3

    Form the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties.

  2. 4

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 5

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Irish cheddar cheese on each patty, covering until melted.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 6

    Build the Burger

On a bun, spread a layer of the lemon-cayenne mayo, add the lettuce, cooked burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and red onion. Top with the other half of the bun.
