Cooking the Pasta

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil over high heat.

    Cook Pasta

    Add 8 cups of pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Vegetables and Sauce

    Sauté Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add Vegetables

    Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, sliced carrots, broccoli florets, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.

    Add Broth and Seasoning

    Pour in 1 cup of vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in 1 cup of chopped fresh basil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combining Ingredients

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

    Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

    Serve

    Remove from heat and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy your Pasta Primavera!
