Preparing Brussels Sprouts

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Trim Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water. Trim the stem ends and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.

Cut Brussels Sprouts
Slice each Brussels sprout in half lengthwise to ensure they cook evenly.

Season Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until they are evenly coated.

Roast Brussels Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Making Spicy Aioli

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt to taste.

Stir the mixture until it is smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning with more salt or Sriracha if desired.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve them warm on a platter.
