Prepare the Glass
Select a chilled rocks glass or an old-fashioned glass and set it aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 1 oz of Malfy Grapefruit Gin, 1 oz of Luxardo Bianco, and 1 oz of Cocchi Americano.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the chilled mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

Garnish
Twist a piece of grapefruit peel over the cocktail to release its oils and place it in the glass as a garnish.
