Start by selecting a large wine glass or a spritz glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Add the Prosecco
Pour 3 cups of Prosecco into the glass over the ice, filling it about halfway.

Next, add 1 cup of Aperol to the glass, pouring it gently over the Prosecco.

Finish the drink by adding 1 cup of soda water, pouring it slowly to maintain the bubbles.
