Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the fish

Clean the branzino by removing the scales and innards. Rinse the fish under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Marinate the fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, the juice of the lemon and orange, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Rub this marinade all over the branzino, including inside the cavity. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are white-hot.

  4. 4

    Grill the fish

Place the marinated branzino on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

  5. 5

    Serve

Carefully remove the branzino from the grill. Serve immediately with additional lemon and orange slices on the side, garnished with fresh parsley.
