Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Artichokes

Add the artichoke hearts and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they are slightly golden.

2

Add the Broth and Olives

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the Castelvetrano olives and simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

3

Sear the Ahi Tuna

While the artichokes are cooking, season the ahi tuna steaks with salt and black pepper. In a separate pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil over high heat.

4

Cook the Tuna

Sear the tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium rare, or longer if you prefer it more well-done.

5

Combine and Serve

Once the tuna is cooked to your liking, remove it from the heat. Plate the stewed artichokes and olives, and top with the seared tuna. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley.
