Shrimp Scampi Directions

    Cook the Linguine

    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Shrimp

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper, and cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

    Combine and Serve

    Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, along with the remaining butter and lemon juice. Toss to coat and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
