Method
Preparation and Baking
Prepare the Lobster
Boil the lobster in salted water for about 10-12 minutes until cooked. Remove, cool slightly, and extract the meat from the claws and tail. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the Seafood
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, shrimp, scallops, and crab meat.
Make the Butter Mixture
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Remove from heat and mix in the parsley and lemon juice.
Combine and Season
Pour the butter mixture over the seafood mix. Add breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Gently fold to combine, ensuring the seafood is well coated.
Bake the Casserole
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread evenly and sprinkle additional breadcrumbs on top if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the seafood is heated through.
Serve
Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Baked Lobster Casserole!
