Ingredients for Provimi Veal Parmigiano

Method

Preparation Instructions for Provimi Veal Parmigiano

  1. 1

    Prepare the Penne Pasta

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Veal Cutlets

Pound the veal cutlets to about 1/4 inch thickness. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Bread the Cutlets

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dredge each veal cutlet in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Fry the Cutlets

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded veal cutlets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

In a baking dish, layer the fried veal cutlets. Pour house gravy over the cutlets, then top with mozzarella and Romano cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the assembled dish for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the veal parmigiano over a bed of penne pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.
