Prime Rib Preparation

- 2
Roast the Prime Rib
Roast the prime rib in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F (163°C). Continue roasting for about 1.5-2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium rare. Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour, whisking until smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Bake the Yorkshire Pudding
Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Pour vegetable oil into a muffin tin and place it in the oven for 10 minutes until the oil is hot. Carefully pour the batter into the hot oil-filled muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
