Prepare the Lobster
Boil the whole lobster in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from water, cool, and shell the meat, chopping it into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Seafood Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, shrimp, scallops, crab meat, and mixed vegetables. Gently mix in the mashed potatoes until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Make Buttery Crumb Topping
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the bread crumbs, parsley, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until the crumbs are well-coated and lightly toasted.

Assemble the Casserole
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the seafood and potato mixture into a greased casserole dish. Evenly spread the buttery crumb topping over the mixture.
