Prepare the Ham
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and place it in a roasting pan.

Make the Glaze
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.

Glaze the Ham
Brush the glaze generously over the scored surface of the ham. Reserve some glaze for basting later.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the ham is roasting, steam the butternut squash and haricot verts until tender. Toss them with a little salt and pepper.

Make the Cherry Pineapple Sauce
In a bowl, mix crushed pineapple and pitted cherries. Add a pinch of salt and stir well.

Serve
Once the ham is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with caramelized apples, butternut squash, haricot verts, and cherry pineapple sauce.
