Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ham

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and place it in a roasting pan.

  2. 2

    Make the Glaze

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.

  3. 3

    Glaze the Ham

Brush the glaze generously over the scored surface of the ham. Reserve some glaze for basting later.

  4. 4

    Roast the Ham

Cover the ham with foil and roast for about 1.5 hours. Remove the foil and baste with the reserved glaze. Continue to roast for an additional 30-45 minutes, or until heated through and caramelized.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the ham is roasting, steam the butternut squash and haricot verts until tender. Toss them with a little salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Make the Cherry Pineapple Sauce

In a bowl, mix crushed pineapple and pitted cherries. Add a pinch of salt and stir well.

  7. 7

    Serve

Once the ham is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with caramelized apples, butternut squash, haricot verts, and cherry pineapple sauce.
