Make the Garlic Butter
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the white wine, bring to a simmer, and let it cook for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Baking Dish
In a baking dish, arrange the sea scallops evenly. Season with salt and black pepper. Spoon the garlic white wine butter over the scallops.

Add Crab and Cheese
Top each scallop with a generous amount of jumbo lump crab meat, followed by mozzarella cheese.

Add Seasoned Breadcrumbs
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the scallops and cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the scallops are cooked through and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
