Baked Stuffed Shrimp Ingredients

Method

Baked Stuffed Shrimp Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Stuff the Shrimp

Take each shrimp and carefully stuff it with the crab mixture. Place the stuffed shrimp on a greased baking dish.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

In a pot, boil the cubed potatoes until tender. Drain and return to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Roast the Asparagus

On a baking sheet, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes until tender.

  5. 5

    Bake the Shrimp

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the stuffed shrimp for about 15-20 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through and the tops are golden.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Limoncello Creme

In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and limoncello. Heat gently until warmed through, then whisk until slightly thickened.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the mashed potatoes, top with baked stuffed shrimp, and serve with roasted asparagus and a drizzle of limoncello creme.
