In a blender, combine the strawberries, cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.

Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Chop guava into small pieces and set aside. Crush the Maria cookies into small crumbs.

Scoop the strawberry ice cream into bowls, top with chopped guava, and sprinkle crushed Maria cookies on top before serving.
