1. Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the water and fruit juice. Stir well to mix.
2. Add Fruits and Mint
Add the fresh fruits and mint leaves into the mixture. Stir gently to distribute them evenly.
3. Fill Ice Trays
Pour the mixture into ice cube trays, filling each compartment about three-quarters full.
4. Freeze
Place the filled ice cube trays in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
