Preparation and Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill or smoker to a temperature of 225°F (107°C). Trim any excess fat from the pork and beef ribs.

2

Make the Barbecue Sauce

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3

Season the Ribs

Generously rub the ribs with salt and black pepper. You can also use your favorite dry rub if desired.

4

Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on the grill or smoker bone side down. Cook for about 4-5 hours, basting with the barbecue sauce every hour.

5

Finish and Serve

Once the ribs are tender and the meat is pulling away from the bones, remove them from the grill. Let them rest for 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
