Cooking the Pork Chop

Season the pork chop with salt and black pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.

Roast the Potatoes
Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Steaming the Broccoli

Prepare the Broccoli
In a pot with a steaming basket, bring water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and steam for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.

Remove from heat, season with salt, and toss with butter while still hot.
