Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients

Chop the garlic, scallions, and parsley. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned.

  3. 3

    Add Crawfish

Add the crawfish tails to the skillet, stirring gently to combine with the garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  4. 4

    Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine and allow it to simmer for about 2 minutes, letting the alcohol evaporate.

  5. 5

    Add Scallions and Spices

Stir in the chopped scallions, parsley, and Bayou Blend spices. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Season

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

  7. 7

    Serve

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional parsley if desired. Serve warm.
