Cold Brew Coffee

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

Cinnamon Sugar Sprinkle

Method

Cold Brew Coffee

  1. 1

    Brew the Coffee

In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee and cold water. Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.

  2. 2

    Steep the Coffee

Cover the jar or pitcher and let it steep at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours, depending on how strong you want the coffee.

  3. 3

    Strain the Coffee

After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter to remove the grounds. Store the cold brew concentrate in the refrigerator.

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and sugar.

  2. 5

    Whip the Cream

Using a hand mixer or a milk frother, whip the mixture until it becomes light and frothy, resembling a thick foam.

Cinnamon Sugar Sprinkle

  1. 6

    Mix Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

Assemble the Drink

  1. 7

    Combine Cold Brew with Water

To serve, dilute the cold brew concentrate with water or your preferred milk to taste.

  2. 8

    Top with Cold Foam

Pour the cold brew into a glass, leaving room at the top, and spoon the pumpkin spice cold foam over the drink.

  3. 9

    Add Cinnamon Sugar Sprinkle

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the cold foam for added flavor and garnish. Serve immediately.
