Pasta

Method

Prepare the Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 3

    Add Vegetables

Add the bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still vibrant in color.

Combine and Serve

  1. 4

    Mix Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine, ensuring the pasta is well-coated with the garlic oil.

  2. 5

    Season and Add Cheese

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and toss again to mix.

  3. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
