For the Lavender Syrup

Prepare the Lavender Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine the dried lavender buds, sugar, and water.

Simmer the Mixture
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

Strain the Syrup
Remove from heat and let the syrup cool. Strain through a fine sieve to remove the lavender buds. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
For the Latte

Brew the Espresso
Brew one shot of espresso using your preferred method and set aside.

Steam the Milk
In a small saucepan or using a milk frother, steam 1 cup of milk until hot and frothy.

Combine Latte Ingredients
In a large cup, combine the brewed espresso, steamed milk, lavender syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir gently to combine.
For the Vanilla Cold Foam

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract.

Create Cold Foam
Using an electric mixer or a frother, whip the mixture until it forms soft peaks, creating a fluffy cold foam.

Top the Latte
Spoon the vanilla cold foam generously over the lavender latte.
