Method

Granola Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. 3

    Add Wet Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix the honey (or maple syrup) and vegetable oil. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well until everything is evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Granola

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.

  5. 5

    Cool and Store

Once baked, remove from the oven and let the granola cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Bowl Assembly

  1. 6

    Prepare the Berries

Wash and slice the strawberries if needed. Set aside the blueberries and raspberries.

  2. 7

    Assemble the Bowl

In a serving bowl, add a generous amount of Patachou granola. Top with fresh berries of your choice.

  3. 8

    Add Milk

Pour 1 cup of your choice of dairy or non-dairy milk over the granola and berries.

  4. 9

    Serve

Enjoy your granola bowl immediately as a nutritious breakfast or snack!
