Preparation
- 1
Measure and Grind Coffee
Measure 0.75 cups of Patachou Highlander Grog coffee beans. Grind the beans to a medium-coarse consistency, similar to sea salt.
- 2
Boil Water
In a kettle, bring 12 cups of fresh water to a boil. Ensure the water reaches around 200°F (93°C) for optimal brewing.
- 3
Brewing Coffee
In a coffee maker or French press, add the ground coffee. Pour the hot water over the grounds, ensuring all the coffee is saturated. Let it steep for 4-5 minutes.
- 4
Serve
After steeping, if using a French press, press down the plunger slowly to separate the grounds from the coffee. Pour the brewed Highlander Grog coffee into a 12oz cup and enjoy!
