Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Angus Beef Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Angus beef patties with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them and place a slice of white cheddar on each patty. Continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patties reach your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Brioche Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half. Optionally, you can toast the buns on the grill or in a skillet for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Cheeseburger

Spread 1 tablespoon of dijonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the dijonnaise, followed by a cooked Angus beef patty with melted white cheddar. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Cut and Season the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries. Place the cut fries in a bowl and toss them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 5

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
