Method

Granola Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. 3

    Add Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix together the honey and vanilla extract. Pour this over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

  4. 4

    Bake Granola

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.

Bruleed Banana Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Banana

Slice the banana in half lengthwise.

  2. 6

    Brulee the Banana

Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the cut side of the banana. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar until it is golden and bubbly. If no torch is available, place under a broiler for a few minutes, watching closely.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Prepare the Yogurt and Berries

In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt and top it with the mixed berries.

  2. 8

    Serve the Granola

Once the granola is cooled, add a generous portion over the yogurt and berries.

  3. 9

    Add Bruleed Banana

Place the bruleed banana halves on top of the granola.

Cinnamon Toast Preparation

  1. 10

    Prepare the Toast

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

  2. 11

    Mix Cinnamon and Sugar

In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.

  3. 12

    Toast the Bread

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered side of the bread. Toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
