Base Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mash the Bananas
In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Prepare Baking Dish
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the batter into the dish, spreading it evenly.
Oat Crumble Topping Preparation

Mix Crumble Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.

Add Topping
Sprinkle the oat crumble mixture evenly over the banana chocolate chip batter in the baking dish.
Baking

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
